I had planned on visiting Bangladesh prior to the cyclone to learn about the work being doing by BRAC and UNICEF on education. After the cyclone hit my trio became more urgent-over 3,500people where killed, 8 million people have been affected, and over 3,000 schools have been damage or destroyed.
Now that I've seen that with my own eyes the destruction is everywhere, I feel it's critical that the people of the world support Bangladesh. They desperately need international support to rebuild their country and their lives.
Let's not forget there are people who've have been living in extreme poverty before the cyclone hit. Over a 100 million people in Bangladesh live on less than 2 dollars a day.
Colombia as you know is a country that also faces many difficulties, and I have learned from my foundation the impact that education has in peoples lives. I'm a student on universal education issues so I came to learn about education and its possible impact in other parts of the world. I'm going to dedicate time this next year to know and learn more about education and see what I can do in my own small way.
We visited one of the areas most affected by the cyclone, a town that was wiped away. Everything was gone; house,schools,crops --everything was turned upside down. I visited some pre-primary and primary school programs BRAC has developed over the years, and also a UNICEF program for basic education for hard to reach working children in urban areas of Rajshahi, as well as a program for street children in which UNICEF is also involved
During my visit to Patuakhali I'll never forget the faces of the mothers who have lost their children, or the story of Shahnaz, the girl who died holding on her books, or the marks on the arms of a young mother who survived holding on a tree but couldn't save the lives of her two only sons.
In particular I will never forget the voice of Nipah the girl who when I met her sang to me a song of grief, because she had lost both of her parents and was now alone in the world
While she sang the words "mother wherever you are take me with you" Her pain as well the pain of her community was so clear and definite, so tangible I could almost touch it
When I asked Nipah about her feelings, she told me the school was the only place where she felt better. Their school was in ruins but still pretty much everything they had left. while I was there I realized that that school was the only place where I could see kids smiling, and singing, and playing.
If there is something I learned during my visit to Bangladesh it is that amidst all that suffering and devastation, there was an oasis, where children could be children again, and forget about their troubles for a few hours. The school is the place where Nipah the orphan girl feels safe.
After this visit I'm more convinced than ever that rebuilding schools destroyed by cyclone, building new schools and offering a quality education, along with proper nutrition is the exit to many difficulties children face in Bangladesh and developing countries like mine.
Education, nutrition, and Psycho-social support can make a huge difference to every child in the world, especially to those who have lost it all, the people they loved and every hope they had.
A school is the space where children can just be a children, a space that is only theirs where they grow in a healthy environment. Where hey can not only learn but play, sing ,and socialize and communicate with other children who share the same probleams they have, a place where they can feel as a part of group, feel they belong somewhere and that something actually belongs to them.
I'm no expert and I'm just learning about these issues, but education seems to be the only exit and the key to a better future and safer world.
As I've said before. I'm no export. I'm just a student on these issues, but it seems to me that preparing our kids for life, teaching them skills, and giving them a quality education, with proper nutrition will be the only way we will break the cycle in which they are trapped, of low skills, low income, and intergenerational poverty.
Every cent we invest in educational programs will be an investment that will pay off woth great rewards for society.
If we invest in our children we are investing in having a more equal , more secured and safer world.
I want to encourage every NGO, government, and every person of my generation, to do everything is in our hands to send every child to school and improved education around the world. There is no reason that we can't provide universal access to high quality education for the children of the world.
I was devastated by what I saw, but I'm also struck by the sense of hope I saw on thess children eyes, who still have dreams. If these kids are giving a little help they would be able to achieve amazing things.
Someone is going to educate these kids. Do we want them to be caring and nurturing schools and adults, or do we want it to be street gangs, subversive, criminal, or radical groups. If we want a safe world then children should be our priority.
The choice is ours.

Reflect back.... in order to move forward
Hi Team,
As 2007 comes to a swift end....
Its time to reflect back on the year 2007.... in order to move forward in 2008.
Coming soon.... we will be offering a training class on "Goal Making"
(the art of not just setting goals.... but actually making the goals you set)
To speed up the "Goal Making" process.... I am asking you to start doing
a few things.
First.... reflect back over 2007 and make a list of everything that went right
for you this year, that you would like to see happen again in 2008.
Second.... reflect back over 2007 and make a list of things that did not go
the way you wanted to this year... and would like see occur in 2008
Third.... make a list of new goals (something you did not attempt in 2007)
that you definitely want to accomplish in 2008
Once you have these three list...... repeat the following out loud at least
7 times a day. (yes.... I am serious)
"I am a goal maker. I complete and achieve the written goals I set for myself.
I am the only person who can stop me from achieving anything that I want in
life. Success in all areas of my life is my choice. And I choose to be successful.
I am a success magnet. And I cheerfully share my success with others.
Every day I get healthier, wealther & wiser."
(if you are a Christian.... add... In Jesus mighty name" at the end)
For those of you who take the above seriously.... it will speed up your Goal Making
process. And give you a head start when we have the upcoming "Goal Maker" training
class.
Remember.... if you want to accomplish new things in 2008,
you have to be willing to do new things you did not do in 2007.

Prospecting in Paradise
Hi Team,
Friday night I am leaving off to Cancun for a week.
It's time to practice some real Bare Feet action at
the beach.
So this week I started packing for the trip. And one
of the top things on my list was a fresh supply of
500 business cards to advertise Mentors Club.
And since I am staying at a resort that is predominantly
filled with people living in the US.... I am taking 100 tax
savings brochures with some cd's of Ron Mueller's call
talking about the great tax savings potential of being a
Mentors Club affiliate.
I will start handing out business cards the moment I arrive
at the airport to check in. And I will hand out cards, cd's
and brochures until they are gone.
The great thing about having a business like ours is being
able to prospect for new partners just about anywhere you
go. And since our "products" and compensation plan are
so simple to explain... it never takes a lot of time to point
a new prospect in the right direction for them to make an
intelligent business decision.
Next week I will hand out 500 business cards, 100 tax savings
brochures and a dozen audio cd's. And.... still have a ton of
fun on the beach.
Some people say the Holiday Season sucks for mlm business
building. That is only because their prospecting sucks this time
of year. It is the associate that starts slacking off and uses the
holidays as an excuse.
So.... don't buy into what others say (or do) the next few weeks.
This is a great time to build your biz. In fact... since most mlmers
are slacking off.... it gives you even more prospects to go after : )

There was a study done on information retention that states that on an average....
people understand 60% of information after the 6th time they hear / read it.

I do have very important questions for you today that are repeats.
But please make sure you read every word of this email.
My first question is...... Who are your personal strategic partners?
In other words..... who are the people that you have made a personal exclusive
agreement with to build a world wide Mentors Club business with?
Through some fact finding conversations with some of you..... I have found out
that even though many of you have referred people into Mentors Club, you have
not formed personal strategic partners with 2 others.
You have sponsored people in Mentors Club and are now wondering why they
are not out signing up new members.
It's because you did not form a partnership with those new members.
Do you want to know how to make BIG money in Mentors Club?
Find 2 people that have a desire to be more successful in life and create a
formal agreement with them to help each other build the business.
Then..... stick to your agreement.
Here is what you should agree to..........
To only work with those 2 partners until each of those 2 partners have 2 new
members on their front level.... and then all of you help those 4 new people
find their 2 new strategic partners each.
2 people on your front level
4 people on your second level
8 people on your third level
These are your 3 generations of fast start bonus partners. So... even though
you are personally making agreements with just 2 people... the other 12 are
also strategic partners with you.
If everyone will repeat this process (people helping people helping people) your organization
will explode.
How long should the above business building model take?
Well... that is up to you and your partners. For example.....
If you go out and find your 2 strategic partners today......
And you help your 2 strategic partners find their 2 personal sponsors tomorrow...
And this repeats for the next 11 days.....
You would have filled your 2x12 business income center making over $20,000.00 a month.
Yes.... that's over $20,000.00 in just 12 days.
(I have seen information marketers make over one million dollars in 12 days. So don't ever tell me this type of money can't be made that quick. It can!)
If it takes you a week to find your 2... it takes another week for you to help them find
their 2... and this repeats for 11 more weeks....
You would fill your 2x12 business income center in just 3 months.
If it takes you a month to find your 2. And a month for them to find their 2.
And this repeats for 11 more months....
You would fill your 2x12 business income center in just 1 year.
So..... how long it takes you to get to earning $20,000.00+ a month depends on you
and your 2 personal strategic partners.
How do you find your 2 partners?
You make a list of the top 20 people you know who you would like to work with.
(list them in the order of preference)
Contact each of those people and tell them that you have been introduced to something
that has totally changed the way you look at life... and you want to share it with them.
Tell them that you realize that they may or may not be interested... but... when can you
get together with them for @ 15 minutes to share with them what it is.
When you get together with them..... you show them the website page by page.
If you are in the same room with them and have access to the internet... log in
and show them the back office.
Then.... tell them that you are looking for just 2 people to form a strategic partnership with.
And that you would like them to be 1 of your 2 partners.
Then... share with them our business building model (the info shared above)
Let them know that you are very EXCITED about Mentors Club and that you are SERIOUS
about your commitment to your 2 strategic partners and helping them work our proven
business building model.
After you have found your 2 - 4 - 8 and have honored your agreement to your partners....
then.... if you are serious about earning a super income..... go out and repeat the process
with 1 new person.
When you have helped that person complete the cycle..... then get 1 more new strategic partner.
Does it sound too simple to be true? Well.... it is that simple.
Now just because it is simple..... does not mean that it is easy. Especially during the Holiday
Season. You and your partners will have to take a few days to accomplish your goals. And you
may catch some flack from your friends and family for doing so. But trust me.......when the big
checks start coming in.... those same people will be wanting to do the same thing you did.
So..... here is a super simple way to become super successful with Mentors Club.
I have one more question for you.........
What are you going to do with it?
Are you going to take immediate action?
Are you going to stick to the commitments you make to your 2 strategic partners?
Tomorrow starts a new month. Do you realize that in just a couple of weeks.... you

Did you know that people are paying $995 for less than what we offer for $29.97?
Hi Team,
I won't name names at this time.... but there are two companies (that I know of) who are signing up members at $995 and giving them a lot less than we are for our basic $29.97 Bronze subscription.
And yes.... people are personally signing up 2,3,4,5 and more new affiliates a month at $995 each.
So.... why is it that people are able to sign up others into a program at double our Platinum program cost and give them less?
They are excited..... And they are sharing their excitement with others. And.... they do not know that they are not getting the best deal possible.
We know we are getting a MUCH better value. We know we have a pay plan that is more fair for the majority of members. We know that 10% of our gross (not net) company income is going straight to charity to help provide food, clothing, shelter & education for children in need. We know that our highest Fast Start program is 1/2 of their sign up cost.
Therefor.... we should be even MORE excited. And since we can sign up new members as low as $29.97 (instead of $995) are affiliates should constantly be personally signing up 2,3,4,5+ new members a week, not a month.
It does not matter if you have a better product/service with a better compensation plan.... if you do not have a plan to build your business.... and you work the plan on a regular basis with much excitement.
Oh.... in the very near future.... we will have an ex affiliate for one of the other companies I am talking about on a live call very soon. He is now a Platinum member with us and will be sharing first hand about the advantages we have.... for a fraction of the cost.

Are they live or memorex?
Hi Team,
When you are out sharing your Mentors Club business with others...
Make sure that you let them know that we offer a lot of live Mentoring.
This is very important because most of our competition's mentorning
comes in prerecorded fashion or they charge extra for the live training.
Don't get me wrong.... there is nothing wrong with prerecorded training.
I spend a ton of money a year on it. It's just that our live training puts
us ahead of most of the competition since we also offer hundreds of
hours of prerecorded training too. (and will constantly be adding to our
library.
It's one thing to listen to a William Bailey or Greg Reid mentoring session.
It's another thing all together to have a chance to be on a live call with
them and to be able to ask direct questions if you have any.
We believe we will eventually have over one million active Mentors Club
subscribers. The only question is.... how many will be getting paid on : )

Yes... it's about YOU making money.
Hi Team,
Yes..... Mentors Club is about YOU making money too!
That may sound like a silly comment.... but let me explain.
I have spent time talking with several members who are so
excited about the fundraiser, that they are not really telling
people about the AWESOME amount of money that can
be made through the fast start pay plan and the 2 x 12
monthly residual pay plan.
The key to the fundraiser success depends upon you and
your team making money. Remember... the more money that
our affiliates make.. the more money is raised for the kids.
Another important reason to make sure you talk about the
great pay plan is that there will be some people who join
Mentors Club only for the money they can make. They do
not care about the product or the fundraiser.
That's ok too. Because whether they care about it or not,
the more money they make... the more money raised for
charity automatically.
So.... make sure you talk about the money & the mentoring
& the fundraiser when you share Mentors Club with others.

One simple question....
Hi Team,
When prospecting to money motivated people,
keep your opening short and about money.
For instance.....
Hey (prospects name)
If there was a legal way to turn $1 a day into as much
as $700 a day, would you be interest in finding out how?
If they say yes.... you can set up a time to share Mentors club
with them. Or... if you want to screen them a bit further... you
can then ask the following question.
Do you think you could find just 2 other people who
would be interested something that awesome too?
If you think $700 is unbelievable... change the number
to something lower you feel is more believable.
Or... if you do not think that sounds very impressive...
Ask it this way......

If there was a legal way to turn $30 a month into as much
as $22,000 a month, would you be interest in finding out how?
You are not making an income guarantee. You are testing to see
if the prospect is open to further conversation based on what our
compensation plan pays out.
Keep It Super Simple
Remember... no one has a 100% success rate when it comes to
recruiting new members onto their Team. The key to success is
always be prospecting. You never know who the next super star
is going to be. As the old saying goes.....

A couple common mistakes being made now.
Hi Team,
Based on recent input I have been able to gather from active Mentors Club affiliates, I see a couple of common mistakes still being made in sharing Mentors Club with others.
Some of you are still prejudging prospects in two ways.
You are either telling yourself that they probably will not be interested in Mentors Club or.... you are expecting them to be excited about the exact same things you are... and you are expecting them to
not be interested in the same things you are. So.... you make your presentation to them with that
mind set.
The great thing about Mentors Club is that we cover so many different areas that we have something to offer most people. Will we ever be the biggest / best in a particular niche? Probably not... because we would rather offer a lot of training in a lot of areas.. instead of a mega amount of training in one or two.
When you send someone to your Mentors Club site.... please keep in mind that they may get excited about something we offer that you could care less about. And that is ok : )
So don't prejudge them... and don't try and second guess which specific product / service they are going to be the most excited about. Let them decide that.
And remember.... one of the things that sets us apart from our competitors is that we are not attempting to dominate one particular niche. When someone joins Mentors Club... they get a lot of training in a lot of areas.
Speaking of competitors...... another common issue is that many of you are not aware of what our competitors offer... and what they charge for it. In the very near future... I will be hosting a call to "name names" and compare "apples to apples' and show you that yes...... what you have in your Mentors Club back office right now ...... blows away our competitors.
And this leads into another BIG problem some of you are having. You are not a product of the products yet.
Some of you have only listened to a couple of the calls. Some of you have only downloaded an ebook or read a couple of the articles.
If you start reading the ebooks and the articles and listen to the calls and watch the videos and......
then you will become a product of the product.... see the value of the products and be more excited to share them with others.
Again.... if you do not personally see the value (and the amount of money we are saving you) how do you expect to get others to see it?
In closing.... let me give you just one brief example of the value / savings we offer. Last week I went to one of the name brand book stores and bought 4 books. My total was $75.14
$75 for just 4 motivational/business training books.
Now here is the REAL kicker to the story.
Two of the books I purchased.... are two of the ebooks you receive as a Mentors Club member.
Before you ask : ) I will tell you why I purchased the 2 books that I already have available to me.
1... to show members like you.... and new prospects, that Mentors Club provides quality training
at a discount price. To show you the value of what you are getting from the comfort of home.
2... Both books are public domain books. So I want to show members and prospects what can be done with public domain (and private label) books. And then point out that Mentors Club offers both every month.
I spent the money.... to help you become a better "product of the product" because for some.... only seeing is believing. I can tell them all day long that we are giving them the same quality books etc that they could spend big money on. But... they are not going to take my word for it. Just like some of you are not when we tell you that yes.... we really are offering hundreds of dollars worth of products and services for less than one dollar a day.
Stop Doubting..... Start Doing.
Send people to the calls, your website and Dr. Stan's video. Let the tools help them determine what they like about Mentors Club. Personally take advantage of the training that is already provided to you in the members are. New training will be added on a monthly basis. If you are not caught up on your reading / listening / viewing now.... you are only going to get further behind.
You will be amazed at how much your business will start growing if you only make positive changes in these two areas.
You can do it...... So go do it : )
Share Mentors Club with at least two new people a day. Get your two personally sponsored affiliates. Help them get their two each. Then repeat the process over and over until you have accomplished your financial goals.
Make sure your downline success team does the same. Rinse, lather, Repeat. Get 2, Help them get 2 each, Repeat. It is an easy formula to remember. It is a simple process to complete.
Don't make this harder than it really is. Don't over think it. Learn as you earn. Don't follow the old outdated traditional model of .... pay to learn, learn & then hope to get paid on what you learn.

We add value to other mlm programs... We don't compete with them.

Operation S.T.O.R.M.
Hi Team,
Just wanted to give you a quick update on CJ's movie.
Looks like the new name is going to be Operation S.T.O.R.M.
which stands for Secretly Taking Out Rogue Military
Members of Operation STORM will be referred to as "Storm Warriors"
If you listened to CJ's call.. you will know that the
basic plot is a couple of undercover operatives are sent in to infiltrate
and shut down rogue military soldiers who are illegally selling stolen
weapons to the bad guys.

Las Vegas goes mlm?
Let's look at Network Marketing from a different angle for a moment.
I live in the Las Vegas area. And every day my city is flooded with
thousands and thousands of people from all over the world who
come here and spend money on a chance to win money.
They bring their families with them. They bring their best friends.
Some are brought here by the companies they work for.
Most of these people know that when they gamble their money in
the casinos, they have a greater chance of losing the money
than they do winning more. But yet they still take the chance.
Some will gamble $10, $20, $200+ in a day on up to those
who will gamble a couple of million that same day.
(this is money they gamble and does not take into
the money they spent to get here. Or the money for
their room, food etc. Which adds up real quick)
These people continually spend hundreds to thousands
of dollars on a chance of winning that is totally stacked
against them. I have been here for 20 years and they
keep on coming. And more casinos are being built now.
Imagine how popular a casino would be if they had
a guaranteed pay out. Imagine how popular they
would be if they paid their guest money for bringing
other gambling guest to the casino with them. Imagine how
popular they would be if the person who brought them
to the casino won money every time their buddy did.
They guarantee you that if you will gamble a certain
amount of money, bring a certain amount of people
to gamble the same amount of money.. they will
pay you a specific amount of money.
Now I can tell you......That does not happen lol.
And yet... Vegas and other cities like it around the world
will continually be packed with gamblers, 24 hours a day
7 days a week, 365 days a year.
We are talking millions of people.
What are the casinos doing differently than the mlm industry?
Why are millions of people taking chances with millions
of dollars in games they know that they have a greater
chance of losing than they do winning.
And yet.... you can show them something like Mentors Club,
where you have a greater chance of making money, you do
get paid when you bring your buddies with you. You don't have
to travel somewhere and pay for a hotel room to participate.
And they will not take immediate action by joining and sharing
with others.
Why will people spend thousands to probably not win....
and won't spend hundreds on something they probably can win?
I know some of you are saying that is the lure of becoming an instant millionaire.
Well.... Mentors Club can't make that promise. But... we can offer the lure
of becoming a "megabyte millionaire" in a very short time.
How short?
Well.... lets take a look at the compensation plan and play what if.

The above numbers = your 12 steps to financial freedom.
The only thing holding you back from making over $20,000 a month
is you getting 2 members who get two members each who in turn
get two members each.... duplicated for 12 levels.
for a total of 8,190 people.
If everyone were to get their two in a day....
It would only take 12 days.
If everyone took a week to get their 2...
It would only take 12 weeks (3 months)
If everyone took a month to get their 2...
It would only take a year.
Let's say that your organization only grows by 50%
That's still $10,000+ in 12 days, 12 weeks, 12 months.
What if it only grows by 25%?
That's still $5,000+ in 12 days, 12 weeks, 12 months
(that makes you a megabyte millionaire)
So... this brings up a couple of big questions......
How quick would you really like to make $5,000 - $20,000 a month?
What are you willing to do in a day, week, month to earn it?
Remember.... your group grows by the direct result of your actions.
It is built by you and your team coming together in a large group
to take a little action each. (Get two who get two each)
I have seen "money games" grow as quick as some of the
above examples. I have two friends who built a 2 x matrix of
over 9,000 people in a nutrition company in just 3 months.
I had one downline explode to close to 25,000 members
in less than a year. I had another of almost 10,000 members
in a year.
Did I personally sponsor all those people. No way!
It was done by most people doing a little each,
on a reguar basis. Mixed in with a few who did
more on a regular basis because they were
hungry for success.. and money.
I said all the above.... to say this....
You may not be in a hurry to make $5,000++++
next month. But the kids we have promised to
support are in a hurry for their next meal, more
clothes, a place to live and to learn more in life.
So If you are not taking regular fast action because
you are in some sort of personal comfort zone...
do it for the kids. They are not comfortable.
We have a celebration contest going on right now.
For the next few weeks... let's compete against
each other to not only make money & win prizes,
but to take care of more kids quickly.
Our first goal is to donate $100,000.00 a month
to charity. We need @ 33,000 active members
to accomplish this. Help us help others by
making sure you get your two and help them
get two each asap. Then continually repeat the
process. At least until the contest if over.
Always remember... this is not about you being
a Shakira or Chuck Norris fan. It is about helping
take care of the kids in need. And yes... being
able to make money while doing it.

Do you have Paralysis By Analysis?
"Paralysis By Analysis" is one of those things that
keeps people from accomplishing their mlm dreams.
They spend so much time thinking about their product,
service, company, pay plan, marketing strategy etc..
that they freeze themselves from taking action.
The most successful people on this planet take
quick action. They learn as they earn. They do not
over analyze an opportunity because they know that
there is no such thing as a perfect product, service,
pay plan, company, up line or down line members.
If you are waiting on the perfect opportunity....
The perfect time to start.... or the perfect prospect
to talk to... you will wait your life away.
Be honest with yourself and take a look at your thought
process, your actions (or lack of) to determine if you have
been guilty of the above.
If you have spent more time thinking about what Mentors
Club does not have instead of sharing what it does...
You too have been guilty of "Paralysis By Analysis"
There is no money in analysis.
There is money in positive action.
And... the choice is totally up to you in what activity
