10 Reasons People Fail To Succeed...

Hi Team,

First off.... as always... Thank you for your time,
energy, effort & support to help Mentors Club
become the ultimate fundraiser / Home Based Biz.

Second... I want to share with you some insights
and observations of things that may be slowing
down your Team's growth.

As you go through this list.... see if any of it applies
to your personal Strategic Partners.

1 - Spending most of your time looking for prospects
in click through / add swap programs

(most people do not realize that the average lead they
get from these types of programs are only looking to
get them into their program. If they do look at your site,
it is only for the click credit or to find out more about you
to use in their marketing approach to you)

2- Spending most of your time going after people who
are in desperate financial situations.

(Most people in desperate financial situations do not have
the right mind set to make a home based business like
ours work. Yes they need it. But.. statistics show that
even if you can get them to let go of their last $30 to join,
they will not do anything with the opportunity they have)

3- Not sharing Mentors Club with enough people to get
your 2 Strategic Partners.

(Unfortunately there is no way of telling our members
how many people they will need to share Mentors Club
with before they find their 2 partners. Many people will
share our opportunity with 3 to 10 people and quit if they
do not get 2 of them to join.)

4- Not helping the Partners you sponsor build their business.

(We are still running across people who are recruiting others
into Mentors Club and not making any effort to work with those
people. When you invite someone to join Mentors Club with
you.... you have an obligation to help them build their business.
This is why the company pays us. If we are not willing to do
our share.... the company does not need us. They can take the
money they pay the associate and use it for marketing and
training.)

5- Not keeping up with what's going on in your downline.

(I am constantly amazed at how many people are not aware
of when people they have sponsored into Mentors Club stops
paying or is removed from the system. The genealogy part of
your members area is a great tool if used.)

6- Not being a product of the product.

(Many people who write in to cancel their membership have not
logged into their membership area and taken a good look around.

7- Not following the marketing / training advice of our Mentors who
have accomplished what you want to accomplish.

(I am still running across associates who have had no real success
in the mlm industry ignore the advice from those who have and are
going out and doing things their way. Unfortunately most of the things
I see them doing, are not the things they should be. Some will even
spend a large amount of money attempting to build a system that is
not based on any type of market research.)

8- Not taking advantage of social media marketing.

(I do regular searches to see how many Mentors Club videos, blogs,
articles, press releases etc show up on the search engines. So I
know that most of our members are not taking advantage of some
awesome free advertisement. They want to sign up 50 members
in a month like Michael Murphy did. But... they do not want to take
the time to learn from Michael how he did it and then go out and do
it themselves.)

9- You are not excited about what you are sharing with others.

(People will join inferior companies with poor products because of
an associates excitement. If you are not excited about Mentors
Club... how can you expect others to be)

10- You are not doing anything to build your business. You are
waiting to win that spillover lottery which will magically fill your
matrix for you.

(Yes.... I do get letters from associates complaining that they
are not getting spillover. This is netWORK marketing. Not
netWIN marketing. If you want to gamble with your financial
future.... come to Vegas. Don't do it with your Mentors Club
business)

I hope the above observations help you out in building your
business. If you are personally guilty of any of the above...
STOP IT RIGHT NOW  :  O     :  )

If any of your partners are guilty of any of the above.. figure
out a way to get them to change. Some will need a pat on
the back. Some will need a kick in the butt to see what they
are doing is not working. If you have a positive relationship
with your team... you should be able to develop a good feel
for how you need to approach each one when it comes to
issues like these.

In closing.... remember that if you want to make great money
with Mentors Club you have to treat it like a business. You
need to plan your work and then work your plan. Make sure
that you have your mind made up to put at least a year into
your Mentors Club business.

And always remember that this is "A We Biz - Not a Me Biz"

> So work with your Team on a regular basis.
> Have fun with your Team on a regular basis.
> Share info like this with your Team on a regular basis.
> Take care of your Team the way you want to be taken care of.
