I am constantly amazed at the amount of small business owners who insist on attempting to give prospects and customers what they think they should have instead of what the prospect or customer really wants. I find this especially true for business owners running martial arts studios.
Take the time to find out what your idea clients want (which is not always what they really need) and see if you can give it to them at a price they will buy it from you. You are there to serve them. They are not coming to your place of business to serve you.
Don't make running your business more complicated than you need to. Remember... if you help enough people get what they want... you in turn will end up getting what you want or need. Like we say in the martial arts world....
"Leave Your Ego At The Door". This will allow you to make better / more profitable business decisions.
